Gnomes

Gnomes are small people, about three to four feet tall, and generally good natured. They're not terribly common. Many are lifelong pranksters, and are often full of energy, although not as much as kenders. In the creation myth, they are the creation of Tyrea.

Being people of the earth, they have skills with metal; many become smithies. Singing is also enjoyed among gnomes, so many become bards, and a decent number are skilled mages with inquisitive natures and a knack for tinkering. They are also highly suited for druidism, given their innate ability to speak with animals. Gnomes tend to have a compulsion to work, so most are in some sort of guild.
