Wyvern

Wyverns are tiny dragon-like creatures with large wings and short legs in relation to their body mass. Prone to over-activity, these hyper little pets will keep their owners on their toes. They come in any color under the sun, but usually in solid colors. They eat strips of meat and females usually stick their eggs to branches of a tree to wait for them to hatch about a month later. Coloring of the egg does not determine the color of the hatchling and upon hatching, the babies will fly away to find someone to be with. Once a wyvern has chosen you, there is little you can do about it as they are very stubborn. They communicate only through pictures as their vocal cords are only capable of what most people call chirps and growls.
